Selection Criteria
RYPEN is aimed at developing leadership potential.
A candidate for RYPEN is a young person who has shown qualities of decency, courage, persistence, sincerity, application and dependability.
A candidate for RYPEN is not necessarily the highest achiever, but must be committed to developing these qualities.
What we look for:
- Not necessarily the highest achievers, but;
- Have leadership potential, and;
- Will benefit from a learning experience where they can gain confidence in a supportive environment.
- Above all, are committed to "giving it a go" over the three days of the camp.
